We are hiring Customer Service Advisor for International Blended UK Process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries calls, emails and chats.
Provide timely, accurate and efficient solutions to customer concerns.
Record customer interactions, feedback and inquiries, ensure that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism.
Education - HSC Plus or Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in shifts / 5 Days working / Day Rotational Shift
Fresher can apply OR Minimum [1] year of experience in customer service OR in a BPO.
