ELV Project Engineer

You will supervise and assist with the design, installation, maintenance, and documentation of structured cabling projects. You will perform surveys, price new projects, attend meetings, and propose solutions to installation issues. Additionally, you will manage installation, technical, and sub-contract employees. Your responsibilities will include project scheduling, coordination with trades, and acting as the single point of contact for project status by maintaining communication with stakeholders. You will manage all assigned projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership. Furthermore, you will make recommendations for personnel actions for those under your direct supervision and implement requirements for the smooth processing of a project. You will update changes according to the progress of projects and initiate successful completion. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan, monitoring progress, making adjustments as needed, and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you should be capable of handling two projects simultaneously and be familiar with handling structured cabling, CCTV, access control, BMS, AV Systems, PA Systems, or other LV systems. Willingness to travel as per project requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and preferably hold BICSI Level II Certification or PMP Certification.,
