ELV Facilities Technician

As a Facilities Control Technician at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting engineering works related to control equipment and systems on-site. Your responsibilities include adhering to company's safety policies, performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting system abnormalities, and participating in root cause analysis for continual improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Adhere to company's environmental safety health policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality policies during work. - Plan, schedule, and perform maintenance activities on control equipment, gas detection equipment, CCTV, and fire alarm system. - Assist in troubleshooting system abnormalities and lead system recovery. - Participate in root cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. - Evaluate and improve preventive maintenance programs. - Utilize computer-based software for documentation and analysis of maintenance work orders and equipment history. - Maintain equipment maintenance records for traceability. - Monitor equipment spare parts and consumable inventory. - Provide feedback on design concepts and specifications for new equipment installations or system expansion projects. - Supervise installation activities during construction phase and coordinate with contract service providers. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Instrumentation/Control engineering or equivalent field preferred. - 5-7 years of experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Pharma, or similar manufacturing industries. - In-depth understanding of facility instruments, gas detectors, fire alarm systems, and electrical equipment. - Knowledge of PLC programming, calibration tools, and system schematic drawings. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
