Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and onboard new HNI clients for CASA products through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and balance build-up targets.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing elite customers through regular interactions and service reviews.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through personalized engagement.
Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation:
Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products such as term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, loans, etc.
Achieve assigned revenue and product mix targets through effective portfolio management.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide end-to-end banking solutions and act as a one-point contact for elite clients.
Resolve customer queries promptly while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory norms.
Market Intelligence:
Keep abreast of competitors products, pricing, and offers to maintain a competitive edge.
Gather client feedback and market insights to recommend product improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Current & Savings Account (CASA)

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
A self-motivated professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment
