Role Overview: As an Elite Banker-NRI in the Retail Liabilities department, your main responsibility will be to open accounts for interested customers and ensure smooth end-to-end documentation process. You will focus on driving mobile banking adoption, increasing cross-sell of products, and on-boarding customers in the relationship banking program. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, increase retention, and have comprehensive knowledge of the bank's offerings, key RM goals, bank systems, and onboarding procedures for product cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: - Source new bank customers through digital leads, propensity model, and referencing on already opened accounts. - Ensure seamless onboarding of the accounts opened. - Cross-sell bank products to customers. - Build up CASA value for the initial 2 months of account opening with initial funding and subsequent money inflow. - Resolve all customer queries and complaints promptly to meet NPS benchmarks. - Adhere strictly to bank policies and compliance regulations. - Present Relationship Banking program benefits and eligibility criteria to customers and onboard them to the RB program.
