ELISA LAB Technician

• Sample Preparation & Analysis

• Collaboration & Training

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background

  : Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.

• Experience

  : Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in laboratory settings, particularly with immunoassay techniques like ELISA.

• Technical Skills

  : Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis software (e.g., SoftMax, StatLIA), and Microsoft Office Suite

• Regulatory Knowledge

  : Familiarity with GLP, GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Soft Skills

  : Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in method validation and assay development.
