We are seeking a skilled and passionate Elevator Trainer to lead technical training programs for aspiring elevator technicians. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions on elevator installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols Develop and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids aligned with industry standards Conduct assessments and certify trainees based on practical and theoretical competencies Collaborate with employers to align curriculum with real-world job requirements Mentor trainees, fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous learning Maintain training records and support compliance with regulatory frameworks Stay updated on emerging elevator technologies and integrate them into training modules 📚 Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator systems (installation, maintenance, or service) Experience in Top Elevator Companies preferred (Otis/ Kone/ Johnson/ Schindler) Prior experience in technical training or instructional roles preferred Strong communication and time management skills Familiarity with training management systems and digital tools 🌟 Preferred Traits Empathetic mentor with a knack for simplifying complex concepts Committed to safety, quality, and learner success Comfortable with visual storytelling and hands-on demonstrations Fluent in English and local language (Kannada)
