Elementary School Teacher

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Teach and explain concepts as per the school curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching material
• Conduct classroom activities, tests, and assessments
• Maintain attendance and student performance records
• Provide individual support to students when needed
• Ensure classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and events
• Use digital tools/smart classes for better teaching (if available)

🔹 Requirements

• Must be a Graduate (B.Ed preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command over subject
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Patience, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of computers (for maintaining records)
