Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher at St. Francis Xavier School, located in Kolkata. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing curriculum materials, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and assessing student progress. The teacher will play an active role in supporting the educational and personal growth of elementary-level students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teaching and Elementary Education methodologies
• Experience in Curriculum Development
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Educational Qualification: B.Ed or D. El. Ed (compulsory)
• Ability to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
• Experience in integrating co-curricular activities into the learning process is a plus
