The Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching students in various subjects, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include communicating with parents and caregivers, participating in faculty meetings, and collaborating with other educators to enhance the educational experience for students. Qualifications Curriculum Development and Elementary Education skills Proficiency in Teaching and Education methodologies Strong Communication skills Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment Commitment to continuous professional development Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for elementary education Experience in classroom management is a plus
