Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for an Elementary School Teacher. The Elementary School Teacher will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching methods, and foster a supportive classroom environment to inspire young learners. Key responsibilities include creating a stimulating curriculum, assessing student performance, providing regular feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality education for all students. The teacher will also engage with students, parents, and staff to support each child's academic, social, and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Elementary Education and Teaching best practices
• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and applying educational standards
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive teaching environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in teaching elementary school students is preferred
• Ability to motivate and inspire young learners to reach their full potential
• Adaptability to dynamic learning environments and willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods
