Our capabilities include internal corrosion monitoring systems, intelligent pigging and in-line inspection, chemical injection, non-intrusive corrosion monitoring, composite fiber coating and wrapping, waterline scaling solutions using Merus technology, precision machining, and new product development.

We are seeking a competent Electronics & PCB Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing electronic circuits, multilayer PCBs, and embedded hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in PCB design tools, practical understanding of electronic components, and the ability to deliver reliable, industry-grade hardware designs with a disciplined and professional work approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware modules as per project specifications.
• Create single-layer, double-layer, and multilayer PCBs with proper component placement, routing, grounding, and thermal considerations.
• Develop electronic circuits for instrumentation, sensors, data loggers, and industrial controllers.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, EMI/EMC guidelines, and manufacturing constraints.
• Prepare Gerber files, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and complete documentation packages.
• Evaluate component suitability, availability, and lifecycle, and maintain BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate with fabrication partners and assembly teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct design validation, bench testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
• Support firmware engineers during prototype testing and system integration.
• Maintain version control, revision history, and structured documentation.

Requirements

• Strong command of PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Fusion PCB Design, KiCad, Eagle, or OrCAD.
• Practical experience in analog and digital circuit design, signal conditioning, power supply design, and microcontroller-based hardware.
• Knowledge of component selection, derating, PCB stack-up design, impedance control, and DFM/DFT principles.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly layouts.
• Understanding of sensor interfaces, low-power electronics, and embedded hardware architecture.
• Strong analytical skills, disciplined documentation habits, and professional communication skills.
