Job Brief

Pyramid Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization in the Oil & Gas and Green Energy sectors, specializing in pipeline and asset integrity solutions. Our capabilities include internal corrosion monitoring systems, intelligent pigging and in-line inspection, chemical injection, non-intrusive corrosion monitoring, composite fiber coating and wrapping, waterline scaling solutions using Merus technology, precision machining, and new product development.

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Engineer with proven experience in mechanical and electrical drafting, specifically within the valves and fittings domain. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and Fusion 360, and will demonstrate a strong professional attitude, precision in technical detailing, and the ability to work independently as well as in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, models, and layouts as per project requirements.
• Develop 2D, 3D CAD & surface models for valves, fittings, piping components, and related assemblies.
• Interpret and convert engineering concepts, specifications, and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure drafting deliverables meet project standards, codes, and internal quality requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Participate in design reviews and implement corrections/updates as required.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing control, and revision history as per company procedures.
• Support the engineering team with design optimization, BOM generation, and technical presentations.

Requirements

• Strong command of Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and Fusion 360.
• Hands-on experience in drafting valves, fittings, piping components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Good understanding of GD&T, tolerances, material specifications, machining processes, and fabrication standards.
• Ability to read and create mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a professional customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
