PCB layout review, Gerber Release process is required. • Candidate needs to own & implement technically sophisticated projects right from scoping to implementation. • Experience in embedded system design with 8/16/32-bit microprocessor design • Experience gate / technical review process, good at documentation for technical solution • Capable of analyzing the root cause when there is a failure related to electrical component and can provide the mitigation and long-term solution. • Familiar with knowledge of EMC/EMI • Proficient in debugging instruments (digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers); • Experience in practices for Design for Test (DFT), DFR and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) background. • Deliver designs to schedule, accountable for meeting deadlines, following up on outstanding issues and tracking project issues to resolution. • Prepare test plans, test results, design changes and provides inputs to meet the technical & product requirements. • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills • Working experience with Global team

Designing the PCB for new product taking into consideration the product standard, safety standards, EMI/EMC standard and internal requirement and CAM data (gerber) generation, schematic modification, footprint design and report generation.

Key Responsibilities: Experience building high-quality Embedded Products with best practices. Experience in architecture definition, detailed design & complete hardware development cycle including product validation and qualification with respect to regulatory compliances. Development of electronic products in power domain. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems. Participate in discussions for high level requirements analysis. Client management through weekly Project review calls. Technical Experience Required: Design and develop printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with electrical engineers and other team members to determine design specifications and layout requirements. Utilize PCB design software to create schematic captures and layout routing. Perform PCB layout placement and routing, adhering to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity (SI) guidelines. Generate and maintain all necessary design documentation, including assembly drawings, Gerber files, and bill of materials (BOM). Review and analyze prototypes to troubleshoot errors and optimize PCB layouts. Keep up-to-date with advancements in PCB technology and design tools. Communicate effectively with manufacturing partners to ensure accurate PCB fabrication and assembly.
