Role Description This is a full-time/part-time/hybrid Growth Expert role at Xelec, located on-site in Gurugram. The Growth Expert will be responsible for helping us tap the Middle East and USA market, either by utilizing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork to drive business growth, or by themselves generating leads, and converting them into sales. The role involves developing and implementing growth hacking strategies, managing project timelines, and engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. As a key member of our team, the Growth Expert will work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Someone who is confident of bringing in Electronics/IoT Development Projects. Someone who can help us tap the Middle East and US market for electronics/IoT Development projects. Someone who can maintain and grow fiverr and upwork accounts.; Who can ensure a constant flow of IOT, Electronics development projects from these platforms; Preferably someone who already has a well-maintained account on these and other such platforms.

Role Description The requirement is very simple. Someone who loves social media, someone who would love to experiment with what people would love, who understands that social media campaigns is not just about creating posts, but having an intent behind that. Someone who'd love to experiment a lot, isn't camera shy, is comfortable making shorts, reels, etc., can bring up ideas independently, and execute them. Someone who wants to have a company to experiment their social media game with. Stipend: 5-10k per month. someone who wants to intern for the love of it, learn, get all the freedom to experiment, and get paid basic travel expenses while doing so. 3-months internship with later possibility of a full-time role.
