To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented and self-driven Electronics/ Hardware Engineer to join our core team. As one of the founding members of our engineering team, you'll have significant ownership and the potential to grow into leadership roles as the company scales. Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with clients across the US, Europe, and India to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions. Design and develop DC-DC drivers for automotive applications. Prepare, manage, and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Debug and optimize circuits for EMC compliance and performance. Collaborate with external vendors and manufacturing partners to bring designs to production. Key Requirements: Education: BE / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, E&I, or M.E / M.Tech in Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in electronics product design and development, from specification through to production. Proven track record of bringing multiple products from concept to market. Strong hardware design expertise in power supplies, analog sensing, and digital I/O. Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and microcontroller integration. Proficiency in circuit simulation tools like PSpice, SIMetrix, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
