Electronic Team Lead

Technical Requirements:

• Standards: IEC 62304, IEC 60601, ISO14971 etc
• Development Process: Agile, SCRUM, V Model, etc
• Tools: Embedded C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, JavaFX, LabView, C#.NET,
• EDA and PCB Design: Dip Trace, Eagle, Altium
• High-speed interfaces: DDR2/3/4, NAND, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, NOR Flash, SRAM etc
• Protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, etc.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will own SDLC Process and Embedded Electronics design life cycle process of new, existing medical equipments and its technology while focusing on product design, on- time updates & problem solving.
• You must have expertise in development of Electronics, team building skills, talent management, conflict resolution, and global cross-functional stake holder management.
• You shall develop and handle Asst managers, Engineers, and trainees, interact with the CFT in an integrated design environment to help develop and deliver Medical devices.
• You shall guide and administer multiple projects, schedules, and performance standards
• You shall lead project plan of all stage gates, design documentation and develop a Knowledgebase for R&D team.
• You shall interact with clinicians, third-party vendors, manufacturers, sub-contractors, and direct reports to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
• You shall own the manufacturing requirements translate into end-product.
• You shall develop and own Risk Management Plan & execute Risk Management activities defined by plan.
• You shall develop and delivers the reliability goals and regulatory compliance requirements of product.
• You shall develop lab set up, test plans, test protocols, and test reports for product integration testing, summarize results, review technical reports, and completes experimental paperwork / lab notebook documentation.
• You shall develop document traceability from requirements to verification activities, and from requirements to design entities.
