Job Title: Electro Mechanic – Automobile Service
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Renault Pune operated by Unnati Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., is a leading automobile dealership committed to delivering top-quality vehicle servicing and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a skilled Electro Mechanic to join our service team and ensure efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain 95% attendance and follow biometric/attendance register protocols.
• Apply for leave in advance with prior approval from the Service Manager.
• Attend at least 80% of in-house technical training sessions conducted by Cotech.
• Participate in discussions with the workshop team regarding ASB & Actic.
• Attend all technical training from Renault’s Technical Team.
• Follow the 5S Process to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in carryover vehicle work and raise technical support requests through CIR.
• Diagnose vehicles and report findings to Cotech.
• Achieve 100% OTS (On-Time Service) completion.
• Maintain tools inventory and complete equipment audit reports.
• Conduct joint road tests with customers for critical cases.
• Discuss complex complaints with the Service Manager and Cotech for resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile or related technical field.
• Experience in vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance preferred.
• Strong understanding of automobile electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to quality service and meeting deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
