An Electrician h would play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems and equipment involved in dairy production, packaging, and storage. Below is a detailed job profile: Job Profile: Electrician in a Dairy Company Key Responsibilities Electrical System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, chillers, boilers, and pasteurization units. Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all critical operations, including milk processing, refrigeration, and packaging lines. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose electrical issues in production equipment and perform repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for electrical systems. Inspect and replace electrical components to ensure safe and optimal functioning. Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy consumption across the facility to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Key Skills and Qualifications Educational Requirements: ITI or equivalent electrical course Experience: Min. of 3-4 years of experience Additional Requirements Availability for on-call duties during emergencies. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
