Job Description

Key Responsibilities * Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, motors, drives, and control systems. * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machinery and plant equipment. * Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per maintenance schedules. * Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations. * Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdowns. * Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. * Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical systems. * Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at all times. Qualifications & Experience * ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification. * 2–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup. * Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, and control panels. * Experience in troubleshooting CNC / VMC machines will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies * Sound understanding of electrical safety practices. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills. * Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation is preferable. * Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
