Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair building electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures. Operate and maintain Diesel Generator (DG) sets, including periodic servicing, load monitoring, fuel management, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with all local electrical safety codes and standards. Monitor and maintain DB panels, earthing systems, motors, pumps, and lifts. Conduct preventive maintenance checks of all electrical equipment including common area lighting and emergency systems. Respond to electrical issues raised by residents/tenants and resolve them efficiently. Coordinate with vendors for AMC work, generator servicing, and third-party inspections. Maintain logs for generator run hours, fuel usage, and maintenance history. Support energy-saving initiatives and improvements in the building. Skills & Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Valid Electrical License (as per government regulations). Minimum 1–5 years of experience in high-rise building electrical work, including DG set operation and maintenance. Familiarity with Lift, fire alarms, CCTV wiring, UPS systems, and solar. Understanding of electrical safety practices and first aid. Ability to work independently and in emergency situations.   (NO ANY KIND OF CONSULTANCY CHARGES)
