Electrician

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled and dependable Electrician to support solar installation, wiring, and maintenance activities for projects in Mahasamund and nearby Chhattisgarh locations. The role involves field travel within the state and working closely with the project team to ensure smooth and safe installation of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wiring, cabling, conduit work, and electrical connections required for solar systems.
• Support installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and other components.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and fault repair during and after installation.
• Ensure all electrical work follows safety standards and quality protocols.
• Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and project team to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and safety gear in proper condition.
• Assist in documentation of daily work activities when required.
• Travel to different project sites across Chhattisgarh as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
• ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an Electrician (solar experience preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of wiring, MCB/DB installation, earthing, and connection work
• Basic understanding of solar systems preferred
• Ability to read simple electrical drawings
• Soft Skills:
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Safety-conscious and disciplined work approach
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel across Chhattisgarh project locations
• Ability to work in outdoor field conditions
