Electrical Trainer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Trainer to train students on Data Center Electrical Systems and related power infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and strong knowledge of electrical systems used in industrial or data center environments.

Key Training Topics:

• Basics of Electrical Power in Data Centers
• UPS Systems & Battery Management
• Generators & Redundancy Models (N+1, 2N)
• PDUs, RPPs, Busways & Power Distribution
• Reading & Interpreting Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)

Core Responsibilities:

• Train students on electrical systems and data center infrastructure.
• Explain and demonstrate power flow in data centers.
• Guide students on preventive maintenance of UPS & generators.
• Teach redundancy principles and electrical safety standards.
• Help learners interpret and troubleshoot using SLDs.
• Conduct practical sessions and evaluate student performance.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and data center power setups
Good communication and presentation skillsHands-on experience with UPS, generators, and electrical distribution systemsAbility to interpret and explain SLDs clearlyPassion for teaching and mentoring students
