About the Program: This is a government-sponsored, short-term skill development initiative aimed at empowering youth through vocational training and 100% job-linked placement opportunities. The program focuses on providing free training with food, hostel, uniform, and placement assistance for eligible candidates. Job Summary: The Community Mobilizer will play a key role in identifying, motivating, and enrolling eligible youth into the training program. The person will act as a bridge between the community and the training center, ensuring maximum participation of local candidates and maintaining strong relationships with local leaders, schools, panchayats, and NGOs. Job Location: Kendrapara, Odisha Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits, community meetings, and awareness campaigns to promote the training program. Identify and counsel eligible youth (as per course criteria) for enrollment. Coordinate with panchayats, schools, local bodies, NGOs, and government offices for mobilization activities. Collect and verify candidate documents (age, qualification, ID proofs, etc.). Organize mobilization camps, roadshows, and door-to-door campaigns in nearby villages and urban areas. Maintain a daily and weekly report of mobilization activities and prospective candidates. Assist candidates during the registration, assessment, and admission process. Ensure that minimum batch size is achieved within the given time frame. Support placement team in tracking and motivating trainees for interviews and job joining. Act as the first point of contact for trainees’ families and the community. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Field outreach and community networking ability. Strong convincing and counseling skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.) for reporting. Job Summary: The Electrical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in the Assistant Electrician course. The trainer should ensure that trainees gain the required technical knowledge, practical exposure, and soft skills necessary for successful employment in the electrical and allied industries. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and workshop training sessions as per the prescribed syllabus and training calendar. Demonstrate electrical tools, equipment, and wiring practices with a focus on safety standards. Impart knowledge of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of domestic and commercial electrical systems. Guide students in hands-on practical sessions and ensure individual participation. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance evaluation reports of trainees. Prepare trainees for assessment and job placement interviews.
