Electrical Technician

Role Overview: You should have basic knowledge of different types of bolts, screws, washers & tools required for assembly. Additionally, experience in drilling, tapping & cutting will be beneficial. You must also be able to use measuring instruments like measuring tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, and torque wrenches. Your responsibilities will include maintaining safety & 5S in the shop floor, achieving daily set targets as per the Production plan, attending breakdown calls, and conducting preventive maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Have basic knowledge of different types of bolts, screws, washers & tools required for assembly - Experience in drilling, tapping & cutting - Ability to use measuring instruments like measuring tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, torque wrenches - Maintain safety & 5S in the shop floor - Achieve daily set targets as per the Production plan - Attend breakdown calls and conduct preventive maintenance activities - Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program to reduce breakdown time and assist with proper RCA for handled breakdown - Prepare documents on the maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems, as well as packaging line schedule Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of different types of bolts, screws, washers & tools - Experience in drilling, tapping & cutting - Ability to use measuring instruments like measuring tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, torque wrenches Company Details: The company provides the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund The work schedule includes: - Rotational shift - Yearly bonus Please note that the work location is in person.
