Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should possess the basic knowledge of different types of bolts, screws, washers & tools required for assembly. Additionally, you should have experience in drilling, tapping & cutting. Your role will also involve the ability to use measuring instruments such as a measuring tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, and torque wrenches. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain safety & 5S in the shop floor - Achieve daily set targets as per the Production plan - Handle maintenance activities including breakdown calls attended and preventive maintenance - Be aware of unsafe conditions and take necessary precautions - Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program to reduce breakdown time and assist with proper RCA for handled breakdowns - Prepare documents on maintenance and repairs of equipment, systems, and packaging line schedule Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of bolts, screws, washers & assembly tools - Experience in drilling, tapping & cutting - Ability to use measuring instruments like measuring tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, torque wrenches The company provides benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
