Electrical Technician

Electrical Technician (electrician) Min 6 years of hands-on experience of projects execution for manufacturing units with reputed organizations of significant scale.  Conversant with basics of electrical and electrical safety.  Should have good understanding of safety practices during erection works.  Conversant with Electrical symbols and understanding of electrical Single Line Diagrams of PCC, MCC and power distribution boards.  Having B or C license would be an added advantage.  Should have good understanding of any of the following PLCs namely Rockwell or Schneider or Siemens and Ladder logic.  Practical knowledge and experience of planning and executing Electrical projects. Responsibilitie s  Supervise the MCC panel installation, pre-commissioning checks, I/O testing and commissioning of Plant and Machinery, in terms of ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost and Timelines adherence.  Liaising with on-site vendors, contractors and casual manpower and ensure timely and quality delivery of work.  Execute the site installation and commissioning activities by coordinating with System Integrator and ECW contractor. Monitor day to day activities and maintain project progress.  Maintaining a record of all Punch point / Snag points given by Project manager, package managers, site engineers and self, and ensuring closure of the same by liaising with ECW contractor.  Completion of electrical installation with compliance to Electrical safety and EHS guidelines before charging Electrical Panels. Deliverables  Supervision of Installation and commissioning of Electrical panels for plant & Machinery, Utility and Services aspects of a green-field Spice processing facility
