About the Company:

Blinq Mobility is an IIT Delhi–founded EV startup building modular electric microcars with quick battery-swapping technology. We’re redefining urban mobility through innovation, safety, and sustainable engineering.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, assemble, and repair wire harnesses for EVs and testing benches
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during prototyping and testing
Manage inventory, maintain Excel logs, and ensure proper tool upkeep
Charge and maintain batteries and electrical systems
Procure electrical components, visit Delhi markets (Mayapuri, Karol Bagh) for sourcing
Support beta vehicle builds and swap station harness development

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and testing
Comfortable with workshop and field work
Basic Excel and vendor coordination skills
