Electrical Supervisor

You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a minimum of 5-8 years in transmission line projects. In this role at W8 PLUS WIRES PRIVATE LIMITED located in Vasai - Palghar, you will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of transmission lines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations, collaborating with project managers to develop project plans and schedules, conducting site inspections and audits for quality and safety standards, providing technical guidance and support to team members, maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and materials used, and coordinating with other departments and stakeholders as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission line construction and maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices, proven leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
