Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in Sivaganga. The responsibilities include overseeing electrical maintenance operations, ensuring safe and reliable functioning of electrical systems, overseeing installation, repair, and testing of electrical equipment. The role also involves supervising and guiding staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols, and coordinating effectively with other teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supervisory Skills to manage and lead electrical maintenance teams effectively
• Strong expertise in Electrical Maintenance and understanding of Electrical Equipment
• In-depth knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles
• Capability to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in Electrical Engineering or related fields are highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous work experience in an industrial or construction setting is a plus
