The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities on-site. This role ensures that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. The Electrical Supervisor leads electricians, coordinates with other trades, and ensures timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and electrical helpers
• Plan, assign, and monitor electrical work to meet project schedules
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
• Inspect electrical installations to ensure quality and correctness
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other supervisors
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, and manpower
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe work practices
• Identify material requirements and assist with procurement planning

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering
• Supervisor License is Preferred
• Proven experience as an Electrician or Electrical Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹10,830.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
