Electrical Site Supervisor

Role Overview: As an experienced Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of electrical projects in various industrial sites across Kerala. Your role will involve interpreting and implementing work based on electrical drawings, layouts, and technical datasheets while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily operations management, workforce supervision, and coordination with subcontractors and clients will be essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to site teams, resolve challenges independently, and travel regularly to project sites within Kerala. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage electrical project execution across various industrial sites in Kerala. - Interpret and execute work based on electrical drawings, layouts, and technical datasheets. - Handle daily site operations, workforce management, and coordination with subcontractors and clients. - Ensure timely completion of works maintaining safety and quality standards. - Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve site-related challenges independently. - Travel regularly to project sites across Kerala. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical project execution. - Any educational background is acceptable, but strong field knowledge is essential. - Proven ability to handle electrical projects independently from start to finish. - Good understanding of electrical drawings and technical specifications. - Must be willing to travel frequently to various project locations within Kerala.
