Electrical Service Engineer

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering.
• Ability to quickly identify issues and apply solutions.
• Understanding of safety standards for high-voltage EV components.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of EV systems.
• Expertise in Battery Management System , Lithium-ion batteries, charging systems, and thermal management.
• Strong knowledge of EV electrical systems: motors, controllers, wiring harness, sensors, relays, and converters.
• Ability to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of electrical/electronic components.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members.
• Good teamwork skills to coordinate with mechanical, service, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults or malfunctions by using special diagnostic tools to determine the extent of repair required.
• Performing routine maintenance on machinery to potential failures and maintain service report.
• Inspecting equipment for proper performance and detect faults and malfunctions.
• Cleaning and lubricating equipment and performing other routine maintenance work on machinery.
• Dismantling faulty equipment parts and installing new or fixed parts.
• Keeping reporting progress and issues to management.
• Advising clients or management on recommended equipment servicing and maintenance schedules.
• Acute knowledge of repairing of Transmission, Axles, Final drives, Hydraulic System and brake system.Also basic knowledge of auto electrical system as well as battery management system of Evs.
• Understanding fault codes of various systems related to the equipment.
• Following the safe operating procedure (SOP) of different task on equipment.
• Provide knowledge and educate operators about the daily routine maintenance and important parameters on instrument cluster.
• Advising customer for spare parts promotion and Service Scheme generation as Site Support / AMC

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
