Electrical Project Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical Projects Supervisor Job Overview We are seeking a highly driven Electrical Projects Supervisor to lead field teams in the implementation of IoT-based electrical and control systems across industrial environments. This role covers the end-to-end executionfrom planning and supervising installation to commissioning along with ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on energy meters and electrical knowledge ensuring safe, efficient, and timely deployments across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Lead the electrical scope of IoT integration projects Plan and schedule activities involving energy meters/sensor installation and gateway integration, and power supply systems 2. Team Supervision & Coordination Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors during project execution Allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure quality workmanship Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to safety standards 3. Installation, Commissioning & Deployment Oversee on-site installation of electrical panels, wiring, sensors, IoT devices Ensure proper configuration and testing of all connected systems Validate system readiness for live operation Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in electrical or control system deployments Minimal experience on RS 485, MQTT and Modbus Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts

Strong communication, team leadership, and task coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial energy systems commissioning and erection Exposure to smart energy meters, industrial gateways, and cloud-integrated monitoring platforms is preferred Working Conditions Field-based position with possible travel to various plants Involves working on live sites and coordination with cross-functional teams May include shift work depending on project timelines
