Electrical Panel Board Marketing Engineer

Job Summary:

The Electrical Panel Board Marketing Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients (industries, consultants, and contractors), promoting company products such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF/ATS, and Control Panels, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. The role involves both technical understanding and business development skills to effectively market electrical panel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

• Identify potential customers in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Generate inquiries and follow up for quotations and orders.
• Develop relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
• Conduct field visits, site inspections, and technical discussions with clients.

2. Marketing & Promotion

• Present company products, capabilities, and service range to new and existing clients.
• Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and technical datasheets for presentation.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand visibility.

3. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely submission of offers and drawings.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
• Maintain a database of inquiries, quotations, and order conversions.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and regular follow-ups.
• Handle client feedback and coordinate with the service team for warranty or service support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  electrical panel boards

  (MCC, PCC, APFC, ATS/AMF, VFD, PLC, etc.)
• Good understanding of

  LT switchgear components

  (Schneider, L&T, Siemens, ABB, etc.)
• Excellent

  communication and presentation

  skills
• Ability to understand

  technical drawings and SLDs

• Proficiency in

  MS Office / CRM tools

• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• to be followed ISO system procedures

Educational Qualification:

• Any Degree/Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• MBA in Marketing (added advantage)

Experience Required:

• 3 to 5 years

  of experience in marketing or sales of electrical panels, switchboards, or related products.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for marketing can also apply.
