Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Review and approve maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring they align with production requirements and operational goals.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices to drive effective maintenance solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts inventory and optimize purchasing strategies.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and reliability engineering principles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, engineering software, and CMMS applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge of automation and control systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the industrial sector.
