Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage maintenance engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards. Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning. Review and approve maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring they align with production requirements and operational goals. Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices to drive effective maintenance solutions. Collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts inventory and optimize purchasing strategies. Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and reliability engineering principles. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, engineering software, and CMMS applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques. Knowledge of automation and control systems. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the industrial sector.
