Electrical Group - Market Quality

As an Electrical Switches and Lockset System Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Handling market feedback and warranty issues related to electrical switches and lockset system. - Conducting extensive vendor visits for process verification at the vendor to analyze root causes of typical cases. - Performing 3G visits at dealer/customer locations to identify usage patterns for better problem understanding and troubleshooting. - Coordinating with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedback. - Utilizing FTA approach for solving complex market issues. - Conducting competitor process/design benchmarking. - Diagnosing and resolving customer complaints. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of electricals and electronic parts. - Expertise in understanding circuit drawings of electrical/electronic parts and data-sheet interpretation. - Profound knowledge of semiconductor technology and PCB manufacturing processes. - Experience in root-cause analysis of defects related to SMT & soldering processes. - Proficient in QC tools, DOE, Six Sigma. - Strong analytical skills and a logical approach towards problem-solving. - Hands-on experience in resolving complex market problems and effectively explaining and presenting to stakeholders and management. - Ability to analyze data, propose solutions, and develop future strategies. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Capability to work within strict timelines.
