Electrical Group Market Quality Manager

As an Electrical Switches and Lockset System Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve handling market feedback and warranty issues related to electrical switches and lockset systems. This will require you to conduct extensive vendor visits for process verification, root-cause analysis of typical cases, and 3G visits at dealer/customer locations to identify usage patterns for troubleshooting purposes. You will also be coordinating with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedback, employing FTA approach for solving complex market issues, and benchmarking competitor processes/designs. To excel in this role, you must have a good understanding of electricals and electronic parts, expertise in interpreting circuit drawings and data sheets, profound knowledge of semiconductor technology and PCB manufacturing processes, and experience in root-cause analysis of defects related to SMT and soldering processes. Additionally, you should be well-versed in QC tools, DOE, Six Sigma, possess strong analytical skills, a logical approach towards problem-solving, and hands-on experience in resolving complex market problems while effectively communicating and presenting to stakeholders and management. Your ability to analyze data, propose solutions and future strategies, along with good communication, presentation skills, and adherence to strict timelines will be crucial for success in this role.
