You will be working a 10-hour workday and candidates with GCC/KSA work experience are preferred. The salary will be determined based on your work experience. Qualification Required: - Associate Engineering degree in Electrical /Electronics/ Power Engineering. - 10 Plus years experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience - Hands on Experience in Critical project execution - Hands on Experience in Protection Upgrade - Hands on Experience in Advanced protection relays - Hands on Experience in testing of MV/LV Switchgears and equipments Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service. You will conduct testing and commissioning of electrical power system equipment and advanced protection relays at customer premises. Additionally, you will be accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing customer equipment. Your role may also involve working on competitive equipment. You will share technical instruction and guidance with Category B Engineers, analyze malfunctions in equipment, and interpret maintenance manuals to correct issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service - Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical power system equipment and advanced protection relays - Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment - Share technical instruction and guidance with Category B Engineers - Analyze malfunctions in equipment and interpret maintenance manuals - Be available to respond to emergency calls and interventions - Ensure strict compliance with safety and cybersecurity policies - Prepare safety documents such as Risk assessments and LOTO checklists - Respect time allocation for job performance and ensure full traceability - Prepare/Modify site test procedures and test formats - Co-ordinate with customers for entry gate passes and work permits - Verify installations as per approved engineering drawings and manufacturer recommendations - Perform Preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on equipment - Escalate quality or technical issues detected on the field - Organize de-mobilization of site and return material back to central stores - Prepare and compile installation documentation and cable schedule - Proactively participate in team collective initiatives and management meetings - Support planners, coordinators, project managers - Get customer acceptance after on-site work execution - Document, label, and return all defective parts properly - Assist Schneider Electric / ABB Service Partners in site visits Please note that the Job Type is Full-time with Health insurance benefits.
