Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PPM schedules for both mechanical and electrical assets, with a focus on the bottling line. Additionally, you will assist the technical team in troubleshooting and rapid restoration of complex breakdowns involving integrated mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Your role will also involve overseeing the maintenance of mechanical equipment used in distillation, blending, and processing areas. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the maintenance of mechanical equipment including pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, cooling towers, pneumatic systems compressors, and lifts. - Ensure the optimal performance of high-speed bottling and packaging machinery such as fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, and carton/case packers. - Check and maintain the calibration and functionality of field instrumentation like flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature gauges, and level sensors critical to product quality and process control. - Assist in the planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and commissioning of new plant machinery, bottling lines, or utility upgrades. - Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems comply with local safety standards. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a Spirits, Distillery, Brewery, or High-Speed Bottling Plant. - Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems. - Knowledge of field instrumentation and calibration processes. - Experience in planning and commissioning new plant machinery.
