Role Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in solar PV system design and performance calculations.
The ideal candidate will design and optimize electrical systems for grid-connected, hybrid, and off-grid projects, prepare SLDs, perform load and cable sizing, and ensure compliance for both government and commercial solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and simulate solar PV systems using software such as PVSyst / Helioscope / PV*SOL
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), layouts, and technical documentation
• Perform load analysis, cable sizing, earthing, protection design, and inverter selection
• Support tendering and proposal teams with accurate technical inputs and BOQs
• Ensure designs comply with MNRE, DISCOM, IS/IEC standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and R&D teams for implementation and optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in solar project design, system sizing, and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of solar design standards, electrical drawings, and grid compliance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and simulation software (PVSyst/Helioscope)
