About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, planning, and executing electrical systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage on-site implementation and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and circuits in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, load calculations, and BOQs
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during project execution
• Perform site inspections and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, IEC, NEC)
• Maintain documentation and prepare project reports

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, or similar software
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel or be stationed on-site when required

Preferred:

• Experience with heritage or retrofitting projects (if applicable)
• Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and renewable technologies
