Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer at MAN Industries India Ltd in Anjar. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for electrical design, power distribution, and managing power systems. Daily tasks will include overseeing electricity-related operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Industrial Safety

• Proper Housekeeping of dept, mechanical systems & spares as per OHSAS & EMS standard.
• Ensuring safe working environment and practices as per OHSAS & EMS standard.
• Reporting the unsafe conditions & incidents and taking corrective action against recurrence.
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out as per safety rules & procedures.
• Participating in safety meetings & working to close all safety observations / findings

Maximizing the machine uptime.

• Attend breakdowns in time.
• Analyze the breakdown & take corrective action for repetitive/non repetitive breakdowns.
• Documentations as per SOP (maintenance)
• In-house repairing & overhauling of spares
• Monitoring of electrical parameters and controls during shift operation.
• Issuing / arranging electrical spares ready required for breakdown maintenance job.

People management

• Imparting on job training to fitters.
• Handling fitters for day to day activities.

System backup and data storage vement

• Effectively follow as per system.
• Effectively follow QMS, OHSAS & EMS
• Effectively follow SOP
• Modified electrical system as per plan.
• Managing wage management system for fitters

System backup and data storage

• Ensure to intimate preventive engineer for backup.
