Electrical & ELV Estimation Engineer

To prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for MEP electrical and ELV systems by reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the tendering process, ensuring profitability and technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and documents for MEP electrical & ELV scope.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost breakdowns.
• Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors for materials and specialized ELV systems.
• Coordinate with design, QS, and project teams to ensure accurate cost and technical submissions.
• Develop cost-saving alternatives and value engineering options to improve competitiveness.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / MEP Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in MEP Electrical & ELV estimation with contracting/engineering companies.
• Proven track record in tendering for commercial, residential, or industrial MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data, PA/BGM, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
