Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Organize documentation for exports and imports. Handling and maintaining related records and information. Ability to monitor & drive the supply chain performance. Supervise logistics, warehouse (external), transportation, and customer services. HVAC Estimation Engineer To prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC systems by analyzing tender requirements, preparing BOQs, evaluating supplier quotes, and supporting the tendering process, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project profitability Key Responsibilities Review tender drawings, specifications, and scope related to HVAC works. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost breakdowns. Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducts, and other HVAC equipment. Work with design and QS teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. Provide value engineering proposals to optimize cost and efficiency. Electrical & ELV Estimation Engineer To prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for MEP electrical and ELV systems by reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the tendering process, ensuring profitability and technical compliance. Key Responsibilities Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and documents for MEP electrical & ELV scope. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost breakdowns. Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors for materials and specialized ELV systems. Coordinate with design, QS, and project teams to ensure accurate cost and technical submissions. Develop cost-saving alternatives and value engineering options to improve competitiveness. Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / MEP Engineering or equivalent. 3–6 years of experience in MEP Electrical & ELV estimation with contracting/engineering companies. Proven track record in tendering for commercial, residential, or industrial MEP projects Strong knowledge of MEP systems and ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data, PA/BGM, etc.).
