HVAC Estimation Engineer

HVAC Estimation Engineer

To prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC systems by analyzing tender requirements, preparing BOQs, evaluating supplier quotes, and supporting the tendering process, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and scope related to HVAC works.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost breakdowns.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducts, and other HVAC equipment.
• Work with design and QS teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.
• Provide value engineering proposals to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals for tenders

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / MEP Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in HVAC estimation within MEP or contracting companies.
• Proven track record in medium-to-large projects across commercial, residential, or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducting, ventilation, controls).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel overseas as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
