Job Description

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of electrical & electronic components (battery packs, BMS, power electronics, chargers, harnesses).
Excellent negotiation & vendor development skills.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP, MS Office, and procurement systems.
Strong analytical and cost benchmarking skills.
Good understanding of customs, import/export, and GST compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
8+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing in EV,
Automotive, or Power Electronics industry
.
Experience in global sourcing (China, Taiwan, Europe) preferred.
Exposure to supplier audits, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
