Requirements:
-Preparation of electrical circuit diagram.-Well-known about the preparation of BOM.-Preparation of layouts in solid works 2D and in ePlan or AutoCAD-Well known about panel wiring and testing.-Designing the electrical control panel for the project.-Selection of Equipment Load calculation or machine total power consumption calculation, selection of cables for input power, and power cables.-Selection of equipment to manufacture the electrical control panel for the project by observing the technical data sheet.-The selection of PLC depends on the number of inputs and outputs and AD/DA modules for the proposed projects.-Selection of suitable equipment for the proposed budget of the project.-Clear the assembly issues regarding releases and circuit diagrams.-Troubleshooting of PLC-related problems and resolution.-Technical problem shooting and troubleshooting.-Good knowledge of control circuit troubleshooting.
