Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and enhanced productivity. Key Responsibilities: -Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. -Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the reporting manager. -Draft emails, reports, and documentation as required. -Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. -Assist in planning and execution of meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. -Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion. -Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations. -Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Required Skills and Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. -2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. -Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
